2-3 cups leftover turkey chopped into small pieces.
1 cup homemade mayo (previous recipe)
2 teaspoons dried thyme
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
1⁄2 cup dried organic cranberries
Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight to rehydrate herbs and cranberries. Enjoy on lettuce wraps or by the spoon!
